Este magnífico palacio histórico, conocido como Palazzo Priuli, testigo silencioso de siglos de historia, arte y nobleza, se encuentra en una de las zonas más características de Venecia y domina con discreta elegancia el vasto y animado Campo San Polo.
El palacio pertenece a la misma propiedad desde el siglo XIX, mientras que sus orígenes se remontan al siglo XV, como lo demuestran el techo de la sala principal, cuyas vigas de madera datan del siglo XV, y las ventanas de estilo gótico que dan al patio interior del primer piso. La fachada, por otro lado, data del siglo XVI. El liagò con balcón fue añadido por la familia a finales del siglo XIX

Apartamento 1
En la primera planta del edificio principal se encuentra el piano nobile, de tres cuerpos, con trífora y balcón: una gran sala de recepción con techos de casi 5 metros de altura y vigas originales de madera a la vista, un comedor con techos pintados al fresco, una cocina con cuartos de servicio y tres salas de estar adicionales, dos de las cuales tienen entrepisos, que actualmente se utilizan como estudios y sala de lectura con baño.
En el segundo piso se encuentra el segundo piano nobile tripartito, con una luminosa sala principal que conduce a los dormitorios, dos de los cuales incluyen vestidores y baños en suite, así como una pequeña sala de estar o sala de música con un techo decorado con estucos neoclásicos.
Apartamento 2
En el tercer piso hay un apartamento espléndido y particularmente luminoso que consta de una gran sala de estar, un comedor, una cocina de planta abierta y dos amplios dormitorios con baños en suite.

The palace has belonged to the same ownership since the 19th century, while its origins date back to the 15th century, as evidenced by the ceiling of the main hall, whose wooden beams date to the 1400s, and by the Gothic-style windows overlooking the internal courtyard on the first floor. The façade, on the other hand, dates back to the 16th century. The liagò with balcony was added by the family in the late 19th century.
Today, the palace perfectly embodies the Venetian spirit: a harmonious blend of romantic decay, historical memory, and refined beauty.
The palace is arranged over three main floors.
A spacious entrance hall leads to the main staircase, storage rooms, and a private courtyard with an adjoining service room and a water gate opening onto a quiet canal.
Apartment 1
On the first floor of the main building is the tripartite piano nobile, featuring a trifora and balcony: a grand reception hall with ceilings nearly 5 meters high and original exposed wooden beams, a dining room with frescoed ceilings, a kitchen with service quarters, and three additional sitting rooms, two of which have mezzanines, currently used as studies and a reading room with bathroom.
On the second floor is the second tripartite piano nobile, with a bright main hall leading to the bedrooms, two of which include walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a small sitting room or music room with a ceiling decorated with Neoclassical stuccoes.
Apartment 2
On the third floor is a splendid, particularly bright apartment comprising a large living room, a dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Secondary Wing
In a secondary wing of the palace there are three additional apartments.
Apartment 3
Located on the first floor of the secondary wing, this apartment consists of an entrance hall with bathroom, a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a second bathroom.
Apartment 4
On the second floor of the secondary wing, a smaller apartment comprising a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Apartment 5
Situated on the second and third floors, this apartment includes a living room with kitchenette, one bedroom and bathroom on one level, and an additional bedroom with access to the altana on the upper floor.
Apartment 6
On the ground floor of the secondary building are three rooms used as storage, with access from the private courtyard, currently registered as storage space.
