The land where the proposed project will be developed is located in the San Lorenzo sector, Maneiro Municipality, with a major vehicular thoroughfare under construction, Pampatar Avenue. It has an area of 30,132.00 m². A residential development will be planned, comprising the Arena Azul Residential Complex, which will consist of 7.5 multi-family housing units, each 7 stories high. The complex will include recreational spaces where green areas and walkways are integrated, providing tranquility and connecting the units to the Clubhouse, swimming pools, and parking areas with storage units. It will also have a security, administration, and concierge station.
