In the Vaxholm archipelago - on the island Edholma only 35 minutes’ drive from Stockholm, this archipelago villa sits in perfect harmony with the sea. All buildings such as the main building, three guesthouses, garage/storage, etc. were built in 2020. Here, the current owner has created a fantastic summer/weekend residence with a permanent standard where nothing is missing. There are up to 32 sleeping places here so several families and many friends can be accommodated. A substantial jetty with helipad and landscaped sandy beach with sparkling water to the south.
