Newly Completed European Chalet

Newly constructed European Chalet by Concept 4012 and designed by Arrigoni Woods honoring the Alpine architectural heritage that inspired Vail’s founders, blending authentic craftsmanship, exceptional reclaimed timbers, and modern mountain living. Located at 1721 Geneva Drive B on a quiet cul de sac; the home showcases old-growth and reclaimed wood sourced from Austria and Bavaria, exposed beams and rafters, custom-finished oak floors, and a striking European-crafted staircase. Reclaimed wood ceilings, a smoked oak fireplace hood and bar, and sun-weathered kitchen accents bring warmth, texture, and character throughout. Custom VonMod cabinetry, German-made tilt-and-turn windows and doors, and thoughtfully detailed wood paneling complement the chalet’s timeless design. Precision European fabrication, continuous exterior insulation, and an insulated warm-roof system combine traditional materials with modern building techniques to create a distinctive mountain retreat.
