Historic Country Estate In A 1 Hectare Park, Bavaria

Since 1905, this historic villa has stood within approximately 10,000 m² of mature parkland. It is one of Bavaria’s most characterful country residences. Built in the tradition of a Tegernsee country house, it combines the charm of a forester’s lodge with a refined touch of English elegance.

Approximately 750 m² of living space unfold across high-ceilinged reception rooms, a wood-panelled fireside room with a historic bar and a traditional Allgäu parlour with tiled stove. Covered verandas with carved balustrades open onto the park, with its old trees, winding paths and a place of quiet energy. A gardener’s cottage of approx. 36 m² completes the ensemble.

The estate is located between Munich and Lindau.
