The Regional Natural Park Costa Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca - Bosco di Tricase is the largest of all the parks in the Salento area. It includes several coastal caves, as the most important of all, Grotta Zinzulusa, nature trails, such as the Salt Roads from Novaglie to Corsano, the Cipolliane and the Ciolo Path. Moreover, natural swimming pools and coves, pajare and dry stone walls. An important thing to know is that the forest of Tricase (Bosco di Tricase) houses the centuries-old oak Vallonea.

The two villas are located 57km far from Lecce, 100km from Salento Airport (Brindisi) and 2.5 km from the town Tricase. This is one of the most characteristic villages in Salento. The city lies on the eastern stretch of the coast of Salento. Precisely, between Serra dei Cianci and Serra del Mito.
