La finca se extiende dentro del territorio de producción del doc primitivo di Manduria, en la provincia de Brindisi; reúne en un solo lugar una antigua masseria que data del siglo XVII, con una superficie de unos 1230 metros cuadrados y restaurada respetando el medio ambiente y la arquitectura original, junto con una bodega contemporánea de unos 3.308 metros cuadrados, diseñada según los principios más actuales de la bioarquitectura.
La intervención arquitectónica en los edificios antiguos respetó el diseño original.
Se ha prestado especial atención a la restauración de los dos edificios de importancia histórica de la zona: la enorme torre, que se convertirá en una magnífica residencia para los huéspedes de la finca, y una capilla privada con frescos que datan del siglo XVI.
