Single Family Residence In The Dalles

Tucked away in a quiet hollow just a few miles from the Columbia River Gorge is Eightmile Creek Estate, a discrete retreat farm with a luxurious custom-built home surrounded by some of Oregon’s most productive dryland farm ground. Eightmile Creek Estate consists of 323± acres, two homes, a 4432 ± square foot custom-built home with refined touches, and a meticulously cared for 2164± older farmhouse that hasn’t aged a year. The homes sit above Eightmile Creek Estate, giving the homestead’s gardens a fairytale setting. The property’s acreage consists of 76± tillable acres of farm ground that is farmed in fall wheat and cereal crops of hay. The remaining acres (245±) are the rolling hills and draws, which are grazed and make excellent habitats for the hybrid mule/black-tail deer population on the property. Take in 360-degree views of the Cascade Mountains and North Central Oregon landscape, & Eightmile Creek flowing through the manicured landscaping of the beautiful homes.
