Condominium In Taos Ski Valley

Sun, Snow & Architectural Distinction: A 3-Bedroom Predock Condo Near Lift 1 ~ At the very start of Twining Road, just a short walk from Lift 1 at world-renowned Taos Ski Valley, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a rare chance to own a piece of the iconic Predock Condo Complex. Designed by acclaimed architect Antoine Predock, the building is a modern landmark where durable precast concrete meets its rugged mountain setting. Set on the sunny side of the valley, the unit’s expansive west-facing windows fill the living room, solarium, and added second bedroom with New Mexico light while framing views of the village and Fraser Creek. Inside, high ceilings and a warm living area lead to an updated kitchen, a dining room, generous storage, and in-unit laundry. From the third bedroom, step onto a private deck overlooking Al’s Run and the Front Side. When the lifts close, settle in by the Southwestern adobe-inspired wood stove and traditional bancito, then enjoy the après scene a short stroll away. Summer and fall bring their own draws nearby: hiking to Williams Lake, elk and deer hunting on Gold Hill, fly fishing the Rio Hondo, and mountain biking and rock climbing on the Back Side near the Bavarian. Owners also enjoy an HOA-covered ski locker in the village, and with complete freedom in choosing rental management, this condo works equally well as a personal mountain retreat or an income-producing investment. Homes at the Predock rarely come available, so schedule your showing today.
