Exclusive Island In Seychelles

In the heart of the Seychelles archipelago, just 500 meters from Praslin Island, lies Round Island, one of the most intimate and exceptional natural reserves in the archipelago. This remarkable, pristine 15-hectare wilderness, accessible by helicopter or boat, offers an idyllic landscape of tropical gardens, white sandy beaches, and a dive-friendly lagoon. The site comprises four traditional wooden villas, in need of renovation, each featuring expansive terraces with lagoon views. Three of the four villas boast 250 m2 of space with ocean vistas. Each villa includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, and a large terrace. The fourth villa, spanning 258m2, rests atop the belvedere, surrounded by lush gardens. It consists of three suites, an expansive ocean-view terrace, a kitchen, a spacious living room, and a private pool. The site also encompasses two dining establishments on the lagoon’s edge and at the heart of the island, as well as a village dedicated to staff. An exclusive private island awaits! Additional possibility to acquire 20 hectares on Praslin Island (Anse Lafarine).
