Chalet, Canyamel, Capdepera, Artà

Canyamel is one of the most discreet and sought-after residential enclaves on Mallorca’s northeast coast, occupying a sheltered valley where pine-covered cliffs meet a fine sandy beach. The area is defined by low-density development, a protected natural setting, and proximity to the Artà caves and the medieval hilltop castle of Capdepera. Its combination of natural landscape, golf, and relative seclusion from the island’s busier tourist corridors gives it a distinct character among northeast Mallorca addresses.

The Canyamel Golf course borders the residential area directly. The beach at Canyamel is a short walk or drive. The town of Capdepera, with its weekly market and everyday services, is around 5 kilometres away. Cala Rajada, offering a wider range of restaurants, supermarkets, and a working harbour, is approximately 8 kilometres from the enclave.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 80 kilometres from Canyamel, a drive of around one hour via the Ma-15 motorway. Palma city centre is a similar distance. The airport operates year-round international routes to major European hubs, with significantly expanded connections during the summer season. There is no rail connection to this part of the island, so a car is essential for daily life in this area.
