This area, almost a terrace, faces south and is truly Andaluz, with a jacuzzi pool facing the view and little areas to sit, rest and enjoy a drink. On this intermediary floor, on one side of the main hall there is a sitting room with an open plan dining area and a large kitchen by Clive Christian which accesses the terrace while on the other side there is a large en suite guest bedroom with its own sitting room, and another en suite bedroom with a small dressing room.
On the top floor, there are a further four bedrooms; the master suite with its own office which is like a master apartment, then guest bedrooms with one in duplex form, all with their own bathrooms.
On what is effectively a ground floor which leads out to garden and the swimming pool, there is a fantastic spa area with sauna and turkish bath, indoor pool , cinema, wine cellar, games room, gym, staff quarters, and a small eighth bedroom. This is an amazing facility reminding you when you first enter of classic Roman baths. There is nothing else in this style in Sotogrande and it is beautifully created. Then below, but accessible from the main drive up to the house, there is a 12 car garage. Linking the four floors there is naturally a lift.
