It is the ideal location for those in need of privacy and tranquility being at the same time close to the center of Sorrento and the beaches.
Access to this fabulous villa is via an electric gate, which leads to a private driveway and a square where up to five cars can be parked. The whole property is surrounded by fences which ensure privacy. The garden consists of avenues, terraces, a solarium and green lawn areas; in summer the swimming pool can be enjoyed. The outdoor spaces of about 1000 square meters are equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, sofas and sun beds, you will also find a shower box, a pizza oven and BBQ facility. The garden includes tall trees, flowers and ornamental plants and hedges.
On the ground floor of the property there are three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a lounge with large sofas and a large panoramic window, a shared bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a large four door fridge, induction hob, ice machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee machine, and a bar corner with wine cooler cellars. The dining room has a large 19th century table where guests can enjoy their meals. There are three other suites with private bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the splendid bay of Sorrento on the first floor. All the rooms and common areas are equipped with independent air conditioning. The beds are king size with memory-foam mattresses and different density pillows. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and hairdryer, some have double sinks. Smart TVs are in all bedrooms and common areas. The villa has a wifi network, security devices, a stereo system in the common areas with bluetooth control, devices for controlling the air conditioning via wi-fi and the wi-fi intercom.
From this stunning villa you can easily reach the most renowned areas and villages of the Amalfi Coast, such as Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, or the city of Naples with its hundreds of churches and dozens of museums, Pompeii and Herculaneum ruins, and the Greek temples of Paestum. In addition you can choose different trekking routes, the renowned Path of the Gods, and Punta Campanella, or you can visit the top of Vesuvius.
