A Country Estate With Elegance And Character

Where time slows down and life feels real.

It is in Ribeira de São João, in the municipality of Rio Maior, that we find this truly unique estate, extending over approximately 43,000 m², where nature, privacy and a more peaceful way of life come together.

The property features a residence with approximately 315 m² of private gross area, created through the transformation of a former winery, now converted into a space full of character, sophistication and identity. It comprises seven bedrooms, an office, spacious living areas, a suite and several outdoor spaces, where natural light and the surrounding greenery become part of the experience.

Outside, the highly private swimming pool, with an aesthetic reminiscent of the relaxed luxury of the 1970s, is one of the property’s most distinctive features.

The estate also includes an agricultural pavilion, animal facilities, storage areas, a games room, a covered area for vehicles and machinery, as well as several spaces with potential for equestrian projects, including stables and a riding arena.

The connection with the land is one of its defining characteristics. There are approximately 28 varieties of fruit trees, vegetable gardens and around 24 olive trees, creating a genuine connection with nature and agricultural production.

In a more secluded area of the estate, there is also a two-bedroom modular wooden house, ideal for accommodating family and friends or providing complete privacy for those wishing to stay here.

And there is something particularly special about this estate: its autonomy.

With a 180-metre borehole, a well, a 9,000-litre water tank, a water filtration system and a 300-litre hot water system, the property has been designed for sustainable and largely self-sufficient living.

This is more than a house with land.

It is a place where you can live, grow, welcome, create and simply slow down.

A rare property with a character of its own, where silence, nature and privacy cease to be a luxury and become part of everyday life.

If you are simply looking for a house, there are certainly many options available.

But if you are looking for a place to live differently, this estate is worth discovering.

Come and experience it for yourself. It is quite possible that, once you arrive, all you will want to do is stay.
