Chalet Sassolungo is an exclusive alpine retreat comprising two independent chalets, set amidst the stunning scenery of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena.
Overlooking the Sassolungo massif, the Sella Group, the Cir peaks and the Stevia range, it blends contemporary design, natural materials and an authentic mountain atmosphere. Built with wood and natural stone, the interiors combine elegance and comfort, creating refined living spaces designed for families and groups of friends seeking privacy and exclusivity.
The property consists of a 320 sqm (3,444 sq ft) chalet with five bedrooms and a 220 sqm (2,368 sq ft) chalet with three bedrooms. Both residences feature a spacious living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, panoramic terraces and balconies. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the private wellness area includes a swimming pool with hydromassage, a sauna and a relaxation area.
Its privileged location makes Chalet Sassolungo the ideal base for experiencing Val Gardena throughout the year. In summer, scenic hiking trails and alpine huts lead through the UNESCO World Heritage landscapes of the Dolomites. In winter, the ski lifts are just a three-minute drive away, providing access to the Dolomiti Superski area and the renowned Sellaronda ski circuit.

With the opening of the Verona office, inside Palazzo Castellani di Sermeti, one of the most iconic cities not only of Veneto but of the whole of Italy, we aim to consolidate our presence in the North-East, to assist an international clientele that is increasingly interested in the city. The historic center is undoubtedly full of characteristic places that are worth visiting, at any time of the year, first of all Piazza Bra: here it is possible to see the ancient walls of the Verona Arena, symbol of the city and headquarters of one of the most famous opera festivals in Europe, and the Portoni della Bra. This position allows our experts to develop areas of great appeal such as Lake Garda, the cities of Padua and Treviso, passing through the prestigious area of the ”Venetian Villas” and the Prosecco Hills, up to the Dolomites.
