Casa Rural Sant Llorenç Des Cardassar

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small inland municipality in the eastern part of Mallorca, sitting between the Serra de Llevant hills and the coastal plain that stretches toward Cala Millor and Sa Coma. The town retains a genuinely agricultural character, with dry-stone walls, almond and carob groves, and a pace of life that distinguishes it sharply from the resort-heavy coastline. It is one of the few parts of Mallorca where rural Mallorcan identity remains largely intact.

The town itself has a local market, a handful of traditional cafés on the main square, and the parish church of Sant Llorenç as its social anchor. The beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma are roughly eight kilometres away by car. Artà, with its broader range of restaurants and services, is approximately fifteen kilometres to the north.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 60 kilometres to the west, reachable in under an hour by car via the Ma-15 road. Palma Airport handles direct flights to most major European cities and several intercontinental routes, making it the primary international gateway. Manacor, the largest inland town in eastern Mallorca and a regional commercial hub, is around twelve kilometres away and offers supermarkets, medical facilities, and secondary schooling.
