Casa Rural Sant Llorenç Des Cardassar

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small inland municipality in the east of Mallorca, sitting in the agricultural heartland between Manacor and the coast. The area is defined by dry-stone walls, almond groves, carob trees, and open countryside that has changed little over generations. It is one of the quieter corners of the island, where traditional Mallorcan rural life remains largely intact and the landscape retains a scale and openness that the coastal zones have long since lost.

The village of Sant Llorenç has a local market, a handful of traditional cafés, and the church of Sant Llorenç Màrtir at its centre. The beaches of Sa Coma and S’Illot are roughly ten minutes by car. Manacor, the island’s second city and home to a full range of commercial services, is approximately fifteen minutes west.

Palma de Mallorca is around fifty kilometres from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, a drive of approximately forty-five to fifty minutes via the Ma-15. Palma Airport handles direct connections to most major European cities, with flight times of two to three hours to London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Barcelona. The port of Manacor and the marina at Porto Cristo are both within a fifteen-minute drive for those arriving or departing by sea.
