Comprehensively restored between 2004 and 2011 based on archival documents, the building has retained its original or reconstructed elements: mosaics, stained glass windows, oak parquet floors, fireplaces, brass handles, moldings, and metal structure. The reception and work spaces are arranged around generous volumes, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. A grand staircase serves the different levels. The conservatory and its glass roof, reconstructed according to the original plans, extend the perspectives towards a private city garden. The property is particularly suitable for the installation of a company headquarters, a liberal profession, a showroom, or a gallery. Residential conversion may be considered subject to the required permits and compliance with listed elements.
Compliant electricity, alarm system, recent individual Buderus boiler, and cellars. Three parking spaces in the neighboring building are available separately at 30,000 € each.
