The estate includes the main priory of approximately 1200m² over three levels. Permit accepted for the creation of common areas (reception, bar, relaxation area), glazed cloister arcades, and suite rooms.
The project also includes six buildings in a unified farmstead style: a summer bar, a bar-restaurant with greenhouse and terrace, 6 independent suites with private gardens, a poolhouse and an outdoor pool, a bike storage.
The formal gardens, once restored, will be organized around a protected historic hydraulic network: stone ponds, fish ponds, fountains, and washhouse fed by four natural springs.
