Palma de Mallorca is approximately 55 kilometres south, reachable in under an hour by car via the Ma-13 motorway. Palma Airport handles direct flights to most major European cities year-round, with journey time from Pollença of roughly 50 minutes by road. There is no rail connection to the north of the island, so a car is essential for residents. Ferry services from Palma connect to Barcelona, Valencia, and Ibiza.
