It’s unique location enables it to be accessed through two different roads year round. The property is crossed by various creeks flowing towards the river which irrigate the upper area of the ranch where Patagonian bushy vegetation prevails. Numerous bird species and local wild fauna such as foxes, guanacos, pumas and hares are present, cattle for consumption is feed in corrals.
The main stone and brick home with dark gable roofs offers two bedrooms, private office, kitchen, laundry area and living room, all windows looking towards the nearby river. The 1,300 sq. ft. guest house comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. Central heating is available in all buildings.
There are two additional fully equipped houses for care takers and temporary personnel within the homestead together with an integrated professional kitchen dining room suitable for 30 guests. A shed and a workshop complete the infra structure of this privately located ranch.
