Playa de Palma is a well-established coastal strip running along the southeastern edge of Palma de Mallorca, stretching roughly eight kilometres between the city’s port district and the resort town of S’Arenal. The commercial centre of Palma, including the Passeig del Born and the Santa Catalina market district, is approximately 10 kilometres by car or accessible by the EMT bus network.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is located directly adjacent to Playa de Palma, roughly five minutes by car, which is a practical advantage for frequent travellers. The centre of Palma is reachable in around 15 to 20 minutes by car or via the EMT bus lines that run along the coastal road. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities, with year-round connections to Madrid, Barcelona, London, Frankfurt, and Paris.
