La Masía de los Cartujos de Porta Coeli, en cuya capilla estaba el prior San Bonifacio Ferrer, y tras la donación de cuarenta y cuatro mil viñas, dio origen al «vino cartujo», convirtiéndose en el siglo XVIII en el mejor viñedo del Reino de Valencia, con bodegas con cuevas góticas con contrafuertes y una torre, reloj de sol, de estilo mudéjar, rodeada de doce hectáreas de naranjos y olivos.
Inmersa en la cordillera de Sierra Calderona, esta finca es un lugar para el disfrute y la recreación. El área principal consta de quinientos metros cuadrados distribuidos en tres plantas.
