The Prestigious Chalet Constellation

Exclusivity: Nestled in a Natural Setting, Just Steps from the Frasses Ski Slopes in Gryon, Chalet Constellation Offers a Generous 450 m² and Impressive High-End Finishes

Built in 1954 by Amelia Earhart’s family, this chalet preserves a unique heritage, notably its iconic balcony inspired by the Omega Constellation watch, paying tribute to the famous aviator. It was beautifully renovated with top-quality finishes in 2017.

Thanks to large bay windows, the chalet’s architecture has been carefully designed so that every room enjoys exceptional views of nature and the Dents du Midi, while the full south-facing orientation ensures optimal sunlight from sunrise to sunset, with no overlooking neighbors or disturbances.

Outside, south-, east-, and west-facing terraces, along with a charming garden adorned with centennial larch trees, invite relaxation in every season. A jacuzzi completes this idyllic setting.

An annex converted into a guest room, as well as an outdoor garage and several parking spaces, complete this exceptional chalet.

Sale authorized for non-resident foreigners and as a secondary residence, subject to approval.
