Designed in the traditional Cycladic manner, the property combines whitewashed architecture and natural stone construction with a more contemporary interior approach, creating a residence that feels both rooted in the island and quietly refined.

The elevated position allows wide views across the coastline and neighbouring islands, while the western exposure ensures that changing light remains a constant presence throughout the day. From early afternoon onwards, sunlight moves steadily across the property before settling directly in front of the house as evening approaches.

Outdoor spaces unfold across multiple levels, following the natural contours of the site and creating a series of distinct areas connected by terraces and stone pathways.
