Manufactured Home In Moody

Rolling hills, open land, and the Leon River at the back of your property. This 14.5-acre Central Texas escape is packed with wildlife and shaded by mature trees. A seasonal wet-weather creek winds through most of the land, and a seasonal spring adds to the setting. This stretch of the Leon River has a long history of arrowhead finds, so every walk along the creek and river could turn up a piece of the past.

The 2 bed/2 bath home is filled with natural light and has plenty of closet space. Start your mornings on the large front porch, then spend your evenings on the big back deck watching the wildlife. Or gather around the custom fire pit swing set for s’mores.

You’ll also find a large shop for projects, hobbies, or equipment, plus a carport. The wildlife ag exemption helps keep property taxes low.

The property is far enough out to see the Milky Way at night, yet close enough to town that you won’t feel like you’re missing anything. You’re minutes from Mother Neff State Park and Lake Belton for hiking, camping, boating, and fishing. 20 minutes to Gatesville, 25 to Temple, and 30 to Waco. Land like this, with water, privacy, and easy access, doesn’t come along often
