Apartment 50 (on two levels)

Second floor: two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and washbasin (no toilet) and second bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
One of the bathrooms and the kitchen were renovated in 2014.

Ground floor: kitchen with living room and fireplace, bathroom with shower, laundry room.
Second floor: double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with fireplace and large bathroom communicating with both rooms equipped with shower and Jacuzzi.

In 2025 all bedrooms in the three units were equipped with air conditioning.
Exterior:
12 x 7 m pool with 1.40 m depth and Roman staircase, sunbathing area with sunbeds and umbrellas and partial shade cover.
PVC liner, pump and filtration system were replaced in 2020.
The property is accessible by private gravel road. In 2024 the steepest section of about 100 meters was reinforced with concrete to improve access.

The property is located a few minutes from the historic center of Mondavio, one of the most charming villages in the Marche region, dominated by the Rocca Roveresca fortress.
In less than an hour you can reach the beaches of Fano and Senigallia and historic towns such as Urbino, Corinaldo, Pergola and Jesi. Area rich in wine cellars, typical restaurants and scenic routes.
