Villa Independiente Marbesa House

Marbesa is a low-density residential enclave on the eastern stretch of the Marbella coastline, sitting between the marina at Cabopino and the broader Elviria district. It is defined by single-family villas set on generous plots, mature pine trees, and direct access to some of the least commercialised beaches on the Costa del Sol. The area has retained a quieter, more residential character than the Golden Mile to the west, attracting buyers who prioritise space and proximity to the sea over proximity to the town centre.

The beach at Marbesa is within a short walk. Cabopino marina, roughly two kilometres east, offers waterfront restaurants and a sailing club. The commercial centre of Elviria, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and casual dining, is a five-minute drive. La Cala de Mijas and central Marbella are both reachable within twenty minutes by car.

Marbella town centre is approximately 18 kilometres west along the A-7 coastal road, a journey of around 20 to 25 minutes by car. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is roughly 45 kilometres to the northeast, typically 35 to 40 minutes by car via the AP-7 toll motorway. Málaga city, with its high-speed rail connections to Madrid and Barcelona, is accessible in under an hour from this location.
