Villa Solana

The Golden Mile is Marbella’s most prestigious residential corridor, stretching roughly three kilometres along the N-340 coastal road between Marbella town centre and Puerto Banús. It is defined by large private estates, mature pine and palm gardens, and a concentration of high-end hotels including the Marbella Club and Puente Romano, both of which have shaped the area’s identity since the 1950s and 1960s. The Nagueles enclave sits on the inland hillside above the strip, offering elevated positions with clear views toward the Mediterranean.

The Puente Romano beach club, Nobu Marbella, and Cipriani are all within a short drive or a long walk along the coastal path. The old town of Marbella, with its Plaza de los Naranjos, covered market, and established restaurant scene, is roughly ten minutes by car. Puerto Banús marina, with its retail and dining offer, is approximately the same distance in the opposite direction.

Marbella connects to Málaga via the AP-7 toll motorway, a journey of around 55 to 65 minutes depending on traffic. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport handles direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations, making it the primary international gateway for residents. A private transfer from the Golden Mile to the airport takes approximately 45 to 50 minutes. The high-speed AVE rail network is accessible from Málaga María Zambrano station, connecting to Madrid in under two and a half hours.
