Elviria-Cabopino occupies a stretch of the Costa del Sol east of Marbella’s centre, where the coastline shifts from the more developed resort strip into a quieter, pine-backed residential zone. The area is defined by low-density urbanisations, mature Mediterranean vegetation, and direct access to some of the finest beaches on the coast, including the protected dune system at Cabopino. It carries a reputation among long-term residents and discerning buyers as the more composed, less commercialised side of Marbella.

The Cabopino marina is a short drive and offers waterfront dining and a small yacht harbour. Elviria’s commercial centre provides supermarkets, pharmacies, and everyday services. The beach clubs along this stretch, including Nikki Beach, are within a few minutes by car. Marbella’s old town and Puerto Banus are both reachable in under twenty minutes.

Marbella town centre is approximately 12 kilometres to the west, a straightforward drive along the A-7 coastal road or the AP-7 toll motorway. Malaga Airport, the main international gateway for the Costa del Sol, is roughly 55 kilometres away and accessible in around 40 minutes by car, with direct flights connecting to most major European cities and beyond. Gibraltar Airport offers an additional option for certain routes, located approximately 90 kilometres to the southwest.
