Ático 1, Puente Romano

The Golden Mile is Marbella’s most prestigious residential corridor, stretching approximately five kilometres along the coast between Marbella town centre and Puerto Banús. Long established as the address of choice for European royalty, international business figures, and discerning private buyers, it combines direct Mediterranean frontage with the backdrop of La Concha mountain. The area is defined by mature landscaping, low-density development, and a concentration of landmark hotels and private estates found nowhere else on the Costa del Sol.

Day-to-day life here centres on the Puente Romano Beach Resort, with its restaurants including Nobu and Serafina, and the nearby Marbella Club Hotel. The beach is directly accessible on foot. Puerto Banús, with its marina, boutiques, and dining, is a five-minute drive west. Marbella’s old town and its Plaza de los Naranjos are ten minutes east.

Marbella is served by the AP-7 and A-7 coastal highways, placing Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport approximately 55 kilometres east, a journey of around 45 minutes by car. Málaga city centre, with its Maria Zambrano high-speed rail station connecting to Madrid in under two and a half hours, is reachable in roughly 50 minutes. Gibraltar Airport lies approximately 75 kilometres to the west, offering an additional international gateway.
