Puerto Banús is Marbella’s most internationally recognised marina district, defined by its deep-water harbour, designer retail frontage, and a concentration of high-end residential development that has made it a reference point for luxury living on the Costa del Sol. The area carries a distinct identity: part working marina, part social hub, with a scale and density of amenity that sets it apart from the quieter residential enclaves further inland. The surrounding Nueva Andalucía district provides immediate access to the Golf Valley.

The marina promenade is lined with restaurants including Nobu Marbella and Cipriani. The Golden Mile connects Puerto Banús to central Marbella in under ten minutes by car. Aloha College and Swans International School are both within a short drive, as are several of the Golf Valley’s leading courses including Las Brisas and Aloha Golf Club.

Marbella town centre is approximately eight kilometres east, reachable in around fifteen minutes by car. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is the primary international gateway, located roughly 65 kilometres away and accessible in under an hour via the AP-7 motorway. The airport serves direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations, making it practical for owners who travel frequently or maintain residences elsewhere.
