Nueva Andalucía is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, positioned immediately behind Puerto Banús and defined by a mix of low-density villa developments, golf courses, and gated communities. Known informally as the Golf Valley, the area sits between the Sierra Blanca foothills and the coast, giving it a sheltered, green character distinct from the more commercial strip along the waterfront. Its reputation draws a predominantly international ownership base seeking privacy without sacrificing proximity to one of the Costa del Sol’s most recognised addresses.

There is no direct rail connection to the area; private car or taxi remains the standard mode of transport. Gibraltar Airport lies roughly 75 kilometres to the west and offers an alternative gateway for transatlantic and select European routes, with a journey time of around one hour.
