Con 430 m², la casa tiene 6 habitaciones, 4 suites. Las 2 habitaciones dobles tienen 1 baño una al lado de la otra. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado, una cama doble con dosel y una cama plegable individual.
Cuenta con 2 habitaciones íntimas, cada una con aire acondicionado, minibar y TV.
La cocina americana está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y utensilios de calidad.
En el exterior, además de la piscina y el césped, los niños pueden disfrutar de un completo parque infantil.
Los huéspedes tienen a su disposición una plantilla de 2 empleados: 1 cuidador y 1 empleada doméstica. El cocinero debe contratarse por separado (excepto los paquetes de Año Nuevo y Carnaval, que ya vienen incluidos)

Designed for relaxed beach living, the villa offers a large outdoor swimming pool, a lush garden with a beach volleyball court, a terrace with a barbecue and pizza oven, and a fully equipped children’s playground.
At the edge of the garden, guests enjoy direct access to the beautiful Três Coqueiros Beach, one of Barra Grande’s most charming seaside spots.
The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly with the living area and terrace, and is fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils, ideal for shared meals with family and friends.
For added convenience, guests benefit from an on-site team composed of a caretaker/concierge and a housekeeper. A cook can be hired separately, except for New Year’s Eve and Carnival packages, where this service is already included.
