In the Early 1970’s Lynn Wardley founded his first real estate company. Within a few years it grew to be the largest and most successful brokerage in his home state of Utah. Over the years the success has been repeated in other states, including Colorado and most recently in Las Vegas Nevada. Lynn is an Icon in the Real Estate Industry with relationships with many of the most successful broker/owners across the county.

Wardley Real Estate entered the Las Vegas market right before the big real estate boom and has not only survived the wild ride, but has thrived in a every changing dynamic market. Their success is based on a simple concept, do what you say you will do, never less, but often more. Lynn is often heard to say “we are not the smartest guys out there, but we get up every day and go to work”. The driving force behind Wardley Real Estate is a firm commitment to living the company core values at all times. Each agent is not only taught the core values of the company, but us also empowered to help enforce them by calling “out of bounds” to any activity, conduct or actions, that is not consistent with the Wardley Core Values.

Wardley Core Values • Making Clients our First Priority
• Making Every Contact a Positive One
• Acting with Uncompromising Truth and Integrity
• Contributing to our Community
• Being Agent Driven
• Investing in a Positive Work Environment
