This gated residential community sits directly in front of the beach at Playa Cosón, on the coast west of Las Terrenas in the Samaná peninsula. Cosón Bay is one of the longest and least developed stretches of sand on the north coast, framed by coconut groves and backed by green hills. The community occupies an established residential setting within walking distance of the sand, with the restaurants, marina and services of Las Terrenas a short drive away.

The Residences
The community is planned for approximately 90 villas, built in three phases. Each villa stands on its own individual lot with a private swimming pool, garden and parking area. Architecture is contemporary: flat rooflines, white volumes, deep covered terraces and full-height sliding glass that opens the ground floor to the pool deck.

The villas follow a modular concept. The two-bedroom model is available on a limited number of lots only. The entry price of US$ 576,725 reflects a two-bedroom villa on the least expensive lot currently available, including the land. Final pricing varies according to the lot selected, the model, the size and the configuration, and construction prices are indexed to the national construction cost index published by the Oficina Nacional de Estadística.

Investment
The community is structured with rental use in mind. A professional rental management program covers cleaning, accounting and guest check-in and check-out, and the operation works with tourism operators to place the villas. The beachfront setting, the established residential environment and the scale of the individual lots support both personal use and seasonal rental.
