This jewel is located in the ski area on the Kitzbüheler Horn on the St. Johann side. Experiencing the breathtaking mountain world in a private atmosphere with family and friends is certainly something very special in a place like this. In our hectic times, the indescribably beautiful nature is grounding, reminds us of true values ​​and gives children, in particular, the feeling of freedom without limits.
The dedication as a leisure residence also allows you to enjoy it as a pure holiday home in the Tyrolean mountains, which is an eye-catcher and a constant companion. Sun and peace characterize the Alm.

The property is partly flat, partly on a gentle slope, surrounded by forest and green areas. A private small lake invites you to swim.

The building currently includes two residential units and a large barn, living space approx. 100 m² plus usable area approx. 200 m².
Heating is with oil, drinking water comes from our own spring, which has been tapped accordingly. The excess water feeds the small lake. There is a connection to the community sewer as well as electricity, and a photovoltaic system, telephone connection and internet are also possible.

Outside the winter season, the Alm can be reached with an ordinary car via a private road. In winter you can reach the Alm via a skidoo along the slopes or via the gondola. A separate parking area is available to the owners at the valley station.
