Single Family Residence In Kings Beach

Fairwinds is a one-of-a-kind legacy property embodying the elegance and glamour of Lake Tahoe’s storied past. Originally built as a summer retreat for one of the most prominent families of the early 1900s, this is a rare opportunity to acquire a remarkable piece of Tahoe history. Property addresses include 9898 Lake St, 9892 Lake St and 9888 Pilot Ln. Rich in Old Tahoe character, the estate captures an era when Lake Tahoe was an escape for high society. Sold as-is, the home will require substantial renovation before it can be occupied-ideal for a visionary preservationist or developer ready to restore it or build a modern estate on one of Tahoe’s most coveted lakefront parcels. The home features soaring ceilings, lake-view windows, a grand stone fireplace, plus a separate music room and lake-view sleeping quarters. Set along approximately 300 feet of lake frontage with a private pier and two boat slips, a foundation few Tahoe properties can offer. A once-in-a-generation opportunity.
