SOLE MANDATE - An exceptional opportunity awaits a new buyer for his 1000-hectare farm, located just 6 km outside Kareedouw. This extensive property comprising of 5 title deeds, offers a unique combination of accessibility, functionality and natural beauty. The popular R62 (Langloof) tourist route crosses the property, making it perfect to traveler stop overs. The farm’s picturesque setting features majestic mountain views, trails, and the Krom river, although water rights would be to be reapplied for. The current owner has prudently ensured that all camps have alternative water sources, making it an attractive proposition for cattle, sheep or goat farming. With no permanent residents on site, the property offers a blank canvas for the new owner. A rustic stone house with spectacular views of the kloof is ripe for renovation.
