Rare Luxury Equestrian Property On The Geneva Border

This former village mill has been completely transformed into a splendid equestrian estate many years ago. Previously, this property was an active equestrian center and then became a private estate.
It is spread over 8 plots totaling 13,911 m² of land area. A plot of over 8,710 m² adjacent to the parks can be purchased from a neighbor.
The equestrian part was renovated in 2021. A first stable has 8 boxes and a second one has 7 boxes. The work facilities include a 22m x 30m riding hall and an outdoor arena measuring 40m x 70m.
A horse fitness and well-being center is equipped with the latest generation of machines for the care, recovery and performance of horses.
Outside, the horses can run around in the grass and on the stabilized parks.
A barn for the storage of fodder and agricultural machinery is adjacent to the stables. Another barn, currently used as a garage for many vehicles, can be converted to accommodate a new stable.
The old mill has been transformed into a living space that combines luxurious materials with the modernity of a successful transformation.
