B & B Junto Al Mar, Torre Santa Sabina, Apulia, Italia

This newly built property is located on the beachfront in the beautiful seaside village of Torre Santa Sabina. The property boasts six bedroom suites and is currently used as a B&B but could be easily converted into a private residence.

On the ground floor there are three double rooms each with its own private terrace facing the sea. The triple suite, also on the ground floor, has front and rear private terraces and its own private entrance with direct access to the seafront. The ground floor also comprises a breakfast room and shady outdoor dining area overlooking the sea.

On the second floor there is a single room with a wrap around balcony and a spacious double room with a large private sea facing balcony. There is an additional communal terrace on this floor with stunning sunsets behind the famous tower of Santa Sabina.

Each room has a fridge, TV and en-suite.

Stunning views over Santa Sabina on one side and the famous old town of Ostuni on the other can be seen from the large roof terrace on the top floor.

It is also set to be eligible to EU grants to further develop the seafront promenade.

10 minutes drive to the south is the beautiful nature reserve TORRE GUACETO by the sea. It offers an attractive escape from beach resorts as here you find unspoiled beaches and no cars allowed. The parking is at the visitor’s center and there are organized nature walks, cycle trekking and snorkeling trips.
Ostuni, The White City, is one of many historical small towns in this area only 10 km away . It has a population of 20.000 inhabitants and in the town you will find an excellent supply of stores, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. From the top there is a fascinating view over the landscape and to the sea. Ostuni has the well-known and beautiful square.

The property has the advantage of being not far from main areas of world interest such as the mile long caves of CASTELLANA; the archaeological excavations of the Roman EGNATIA by the Adriatic coast line; the Trulli houses of ALBEROBELLO - an UNESCO World heritage site: the town of Carovigno, located on top of a hill; the medieval town of ORIA; the wealthy baroque town of MARTINA FRANCA; the petite and charming CISTERNINO, the Zoo Safari Park of FASANO (lots of fun for children and adults alike); the caves of POLIGNANO A MARE, well known also for its tasty ice cream; GROTTAGLIE famous for its ceramics and old stone carvings; and last but not least the famous baroque city of LECCE which is called the Florence of the South. Lecce can be reached in 50 minutes and has countless medical churches and a great richness of architecture. In town there is also the famous Roman amphibian theater which is used for music and drama performances in the open during the summer season. Lecce is a wonderful town for long walks, enjoying the fantastic atmosphere, bars, outside restaurants and, naturally, great shops.
