Spanning approximately 381 square metres across two titles, the structure presents as a series of clean, horizontal planes, restrained, deliberate and enduring. Expanses of glass dissolve the boundary between inside and out, drawing the ocean deep into the living spaces. Light shifts throughout the day, animating surfaces and softening the boldness of the architecture.

Interiors are grounded in a carefully curated material palette. Italian tile flooring provides a sense of permanence underfoot, while American oak introduces warmth and texture. The craftsmanship is uncompromising, evident not in excess, but in restraint. Nothing is overstated, yet nothing is overlooked.
