«Villigerscheune» 5.5 Room Upper Floor Apartment

A new development is taking place in a historic location:
Where the Villigerscheune once stood, 4 charming row houses and 7 modern condominiums are being built on the quiet outskirts of Dietwil, with views of the surrounding hills. A place with soul, for people with vision.
Dietwil, the southernmost municipality of the Freiamt, uniquely combines tranquility, nature, and a central location. Nestled in the triangle of the cantons of Aargau, Lucerne, and Zug, the village is slightly elevated on a gentle moraine, offering an attractive residential area with delightful views.
Despite the idyllic surroundings, the connectivity is excellent: At the foot of the village runs the main road towards Lucerne with direct access to the highway. This allows you to reach the surrounding economic centers in a short time while enjoying the advantages of a quiet, low-traffic residential environment.
The diverse landscape, intact nature, and well-maintained, developed village image give Dietwil its special charm. Combined with proximity to the dynamic economic regions of Zug and Lucerne, a residential area emerges that ideally combines quality of life and practicality.
Dietwil is therefore considered a sought-after residential location with sustainable development potential – a place where tranquility, nature, and central accessibility harmoniously unite.
