Marelia occupies an elevated position above the bay of Nissaki on Corfu’s north-east coast, within walking distance of the beach, waterfront tavernas and the small harbour below. The layout has been carefully arranged to take advantage of both the views and the prevailing coastal breezes, allowing the house to remain closely connected to its environment throughout the warmer months.

Accommodation comprises three bedrooms, including two principal bedrooms positioned on the upper level to maximise privacy and outlook. Each bedroom continues the same architectural character found throughout the house, with natural materials, soft tones and openings that frame either the sea or the surrounding hillside. The result is a series of calm and understated spaces shaped primarily by light, landscape and proportion.

A separate guest house provides independent accommodation while remaining integrated within the wider property. Positioned to benefit from the same elevated setting, it allows guests to enjoy privacy without losing the connection to the sea views and surrounding landscape that define the estate as a whole.

The infinity pool terrace forms the focal point of the outdoor areas. Suspended above the hillside and oriented towards the open water, it reinforces the property’s relationship with the Ionian, with uninterrupted views extending across the channel towards the mainland. A series of terraces surrounding the pool create different perspectives across the bay while preserving the sense of tranquillity that characterises the setting.
