Designer Loft In The Turin Hills

In the Turin hills, within Villa Monfort, a prestigious 18th-century residence, this exclusive loft on the second and top floor combines historic charm with contemporary architecture through striking spaces, refined materials and bespoke details.

At the heart of the residence is a spacious open-plan area integrating the living room, kitchen and music area. A key feature is the lantern wall in polycarbonate and black iron, which filters natural light and is illuminated in the evening by an LED system. The space is completed by a sculptural fireplace and a bespoke kitchen in Belgian bluestone, complemented by industrial walnut flooring and exposed beams. The sleeping area is arranged over two open mezzanines, with a master bedroom and private bathroom, as well as a space dedicated to guests or children. The main bathroom features refined finishes, a bluestone shower and a Corian bathtub. A cinema room and a billiard room complete the interiors.

The property features two terraces, one connected to the living area, with an infinity pool clad in Luserna stone and a teak deck; the other is accessible from the cinema room and features contemporary furnishings and Corten steel details. Underfloor heating, integrated air conditioning and remotely controlled home automation ensure comfort and functionality.

A residence with a unique character, where history, design and technology come together in an original interpretation of contemporary living.
