A pocos kilómetros del parque arqueológico de Selinunte, considerado el parque arqueológico más grande de Europa, y de las maravillosas playas que rodean la costa suroeste de Sicilia en la actual provincia de Trapani, se encuentra la espléndida villa que data de mediados del siglo XIX. Se accede a ella desde una avenida rodeada de olivares que atraviesa el sugerente campo que rodea la propiedad. La villa fue renovada en 2005 y se compone de dos casas: la casa principal y la casa de huéspedes. La casa señorial se distribuye en dos niveles: en la planta baja encontramos un entorno de espacio abierto en el que las tres salas de estar amplias y luminosas se suceden. Uno de los pasillos se ha elevado para crear un volumen elevado que se puede utilizar como estudio, baño y dormitorio. En la planta baja se encuentra el comedor, seguido de la cocina integrada, un lavadero y un baño en la planta baja. Una escalera de madera autoportante conduce a la planta superior desde el pasillo central, donde encontramos tres dormitorios y un baño con bañera. Las ventanas ofrecen una vista espléndida de la campiña siciliana desde donde se puede ver la Casa degli Ospiti. La casa de huéspedes tiene vistas a la piscina. Al entrar encontramos una gran sala de estar con cocina elevada, dos dormitorios y baño en suite. La propiedad está enriquecida por una espléndida piscina, una cancha de tenis y un patio con cocina exterior y área de barbacoa y un jardín lleno de olivos. Hay un sistema fotovoltaico.

The villa was renovated in 2005, and is made up of two houses: the main house and the guest house. The manor house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor we find an Open Space environment in which the three bright and spacious living rooms follow one another. One of the halls has been raised to create a high volume which can be used as a study, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the ground floor there is the dining room followed by the built-in kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom on the ground floor. A self-supporting wooden staircase leads to the upper floor from the central hall where we find three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The windows offer a splendid view of the Sicilian countryside from which you can see the Casa degli Ospiti. The Guest House overlooks the swimming pool. Upon entering we find a large living room with raised kitchen, two bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. The property is enriched by a splendid swimming pool, a tennis court, and a patio with outdoor kitchen and Barbeque area and a garden full of olive trees. There is a photovoltaic system.
