El borgo, que data del siglo XVII, está ubicado en un gran montículo elevado, en el centro de sus 93 hectáreas de terreno, lo que lo hace muy privado y también ofrece maravillosas vistas de gran alcance hacia las montañas locales sobre sus propios viñedos, olivares, bosques, pastos y lago.
El establecimiento cuenta con 6 edificios en total, rodeados de jardines toscanos bien cuidados. Cuatro de los edificios son una mezcla de granjas de piedra finamente restauradas, establos y una villa, que ahora se utilizan para alojar a los huéspedes en el complejo. Hay 12 apartamentos/suites de diferentes tamaños repartidos por todo el barrio, prestando gran atención a su privacidad individual. Todos los apartamentos están decorados con un ambiente limpio, moderno, luminoso y espacioso, pero con una cálida mezcla de hermosas antigüedades toscanas y muebles suaves.
