La parte urbana de la finca está formada por un conjunto de construcciones de piedra que, en tiempos pasados, constituyeron un convento de frailes. Cuenta con 1.006 m² de superficie bruta de construcción, una superficie urbanizable considerable dentro del Parque Natural de Montesinho, una rareza que representa una enorme ventaja para el desarrollo de un proyecto turístico.
