Vigneto

A vineyard plot is for sale in Caldaro with a total area of approximately 5,381 m², of which about 5,016 m² is vineyard and a small wooded portion of around 248 m². The vineyard is planted with the Gewürztraminer grape variety, clone Dorner, one of the most prized aromatic selections of this variety. The planting, dating back to 2000, features mature vines with a deep root system and naturally low yield: classic conditions for concentrated grape quality. Caldaro is one of the most tradition-rich wine-growing municipalities in South Tyrol. The plot is located in the Alto Adige/Südtirol DOC area, in one of the zones recognized as best for aromatic white grape varieties.
