La Zagaleta is widely regarded as one of the most exclusive private residential estates in Europe. Set across 900 hectares of protected woodland in the hills above Benahavis, it operates as a fully gated community with 24-hour security and strictly controlled access. Puerto Banus and its marina restaurants, including Cipriani and Nobu, are approximately 15 minutes by car. Marbella’s old town, with its dining and boutiques along Calle Ancha, is around 20 minutes. Marbella is roughly 20 kilometres to the east, reachable in under 25 minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road. Malaga Airport, the main international gateway for the Costa del Sol, is approximately 65 kilometres away and accessible in around 45 to 55 minutes depending on traffic. The airport serves direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations. Gibraltar Airport is around 80 kilometres to the west, offering an alternative for certain routes.
